How can I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel your subscription at any time from the 'Account Settings' section. Once the cancellation is confirmed, you will continue to have access to the service until your current billing period ends. There are no cancellation fees.
How many devices can I watch content on?
The number of simultaneous devices depends on your subscription plan. The Premium plan allows up to 4 screens simultaneously in 4K HDR resolution. You can manage your linked devices from the control panel.
How do I change the video quality?
Flow Movies automatically adjusts the quality according to your internet connection. However, you can force a specific quality (Data Saver, Standard, or Maximum) from the settings menu during playback.
Can I download content to watch offline?
Yes! Most of our titles are available for download on mobile devices and tablets. Look for the download icon next to the content title. Downloads expire 30 days or 48 hours after starting playback.
How do I recover my password?
If you have forgotten your password, click on 'Forgot your password?' on the login screen. We will send you a recovery link to your registered email address. For security, the link expires in one hour.
